Dustin Sydow won the prize playing the $5,000,000 LUCK Scratch-Off game, and chose to collect his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $760,000. The winner of a $26 million California Lottery prize told convenience store workers on Wednesday that she left her ticket in her pants and it was destroyed in the laundry.
