LEE COUNTY, Fla.– A new drone has been added to local law enforcement’s arsenal. The gadget is equipped to drop off life-saving tools.  The Lee County Sheriff’s Office purchased a ‘Matrice 300’ model drone to find missing people as well as locate suspects. The drone is able to drop a payload weighing up to 10 pounds. It can also fly up to a mile and a half away from its operator. LCSO deputies investigating scene at Lago Del Sol Apartments

FORT MYERS, Fla.– There is an active investigation the the Lago Del Sol Apartments. Lee County deputies are investigating. A portion of the parking lot at the complex is blocked off with crime scene tape. According to a neighbors, there was a retaliation shoot out at the complex. It is unknown if there were any injuries. Two dogs found in Lee County home with festering open wounds

***WARNING – GRAPHIC IMAGES BELOW*** LEE COUNTY, Fla. – Two dogs were found in Lee County home with multiple open wounds and tumors that were surrounded by flies on Monday. A Lee County Sheriff’s Office detective responded to the home on Sweetwater Court about a domestic dispute.
