Disney Cruise Line will set sail on 2-night COVID test cruise

PORT CANAVERAL, Fla. (AP) — After a catastrophic coronavirus cruise season, Disney Cruise Line will finally set sail later this month, the company said in a statement Tuesday. The Centers for Disease Control and Prevention approved the cruise line’s request to conduct a two-night simulation cruise on June 29 on the Disney Dream departing from Port Canaveral, the Associated Press reports. Samuel E. Wright, the voice of Sebastian in ‘The Little Mermaid,’ dies at 74

CNN – Samuel E. Wright, who voiced Sebastian on Disney’s “The Little Mermaid,” has died aged 74. Wright’s role as adviser to King Triton and his feature in the 1989 film’s Oscar-winning song “Under the Sea” marked a high point in his lengthy acting career. His death was confirmed by the town of Montgomery, New York, where Wright had founded a cultural center with his family. Masks are no longer mandatory outside at Disney parks

ORLANDO, Fla.– Following the CDC updating their guidelines on masks, Disney World announced they will no longer require guests to wear facial coverings outside at their parks. Masks will still be required inside, on transportation and on attractions. Social distancing will still be practiced at Disney World.
