Officers investigating early morning robbery in Fort Myers

FORT MYERS, Fla. — Police are investigating a robbery on Veronica S Shoemaker Boulevard in Fort Myers, officials said. Officers with the Fort Myers Police Department were dispatched to the scene near 1512 Veronica S Shoemaker Blvd and are investigating, according to a spokesperson with FMPD. Man in custody after Collier County I-75 rollover crash

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. — At least one person was injured in a crash on Interstate 75 in Collier County on Thursday night, officials said. Deputies with the Collier County Sheriff’s Office and rescue crews with the Greater Naples Fire Rescue responded to the crash near mile marker 107 on southbound I-75 just after 11 p.m. The driver ran from the crash scene and was later found at a Chase Bank in the Crossroads Market Plaza not too far from the crash. Shooting reported at Naples mobile home park

COLLIER COUNTY, Fla. – Collier County deputies are responding to a shooting at a mobile home park on Dewey Court and San Marco Boulevard in Naples. The Collier County Sheriff’s Office confirmed they got a call around 10 p.m. for shots fire at Southwinds Mobile Home Park. No one was injured in the shooting, but deputies are still in the area investigating. ST. PETERSBURG, Fla. [WFLA] – A swastika and an antisemitic message were found painted on the side of the Florida Holocaust Museum, detectives said. DOJ: Fort Myers cocaine trafficker to spend 11 years in prison

FORT MYERS, Fla. — A 36-year-old Fort Myers man who was planning on selling more than 500 grams of cocaine was sentenced to 11 years in federal prison, officials said. Detectives search for Target thief who nabbed over $2K in electronics

FORT MYERS, Fla. – Authorities are searching for a man who stole thousands worth of electronics from the same Fort Myers Target store at least two times in May. The man pictured stole electronics from the Target at Gulf Coast Town Center on May 15 and again on May 24, according to Southwest Florida Crime Stoppers.
