ARCADIA, Fla. – Residents in an Arcadia neighborhood are looking over their shoulders after a shooting leaves a corner store owner dead. CHARLOTTE COUNTY, Fla. – A car was shot at early Saturday morning on Fleetwood Drive and Joplin Avenue in Port Charlotte. The Charlotte County Sheriff’s Office said they were investigating the shooting after it was reported around 4:40 a.m. in the Murdock area. According to the Department of Justice, Antony Eugene Woody faces up to 30 years in federal prison followed by a life term of probation.
