While it can be a hard thing to talk about, a conversation about mental health can go a long way.
About one in 10 adults in the US said they have experienced anxiety or depression-related symptoms. That number increased to four in 10 during the COVID-19 pandemic, according to the National Center for Health Statistics.
But it’s not just adults that are struggling, kids have also struggled with difficult mental health battles.
The COVID-19 pandemic has taken a toll on kids and teens mental health in the last year, experts said.
