Cape Coral man wins $1 million from Florida Lottery

CAPE CORAL, Fla. – A 53-year-old Cape Coral man won a $1 million prize from a Florida Lottery scratch-off game.

Dustin Sydow won the prize playing the $5,000,000 LUCK Scratch-Off game, and chose to collect his winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $760,000.

Sydow bought the ticket from the RaceTrac located at 2607 Del Prado South in Cape Coral.

According to the Florida Lottery, the $20 game, launched in September 2019, features more than $329 million in cash prizes and includes six top prizes of $5 million. The game’s overall odds of winning are one-in-2.97.
